Section 2: Your Transition Readiness

You have a written plan for what happens to your practice if you decide to step away in the next three to five years.

You have had at least one real conversation with a peer, advisor, or family member about what your transition could look like.

You know what your practice would be worth to a buyer today, based on something more than a guess.
